Took my baby to get a detail at VENTURA HAND WASH in Sherman Oaks and look what else I got:
A free f$%#@d up bumper, quarter panel, hood, head & fog light....

I was sitting there talking to some guy while my car was getting a half *** detail when I hear a crash. I look over at my car and the guy is still in my car cleaning the interior so I think nothing of it. I look away. Then I look back and I see the Mother #$@$#$ looking at my car rubbing his head.
I jumped up and ran over to my car and then I see:

So to make a real long story short the guy says to me...
"Sir it was an accident. We will fix everything."
I'm not saying a word, other then every curse word in the curse word dictionary.
Then he says....
"Sir we will give you your cashback for the detail and only charge you for a normal wash".
At that point steam was coming out of my ears and I lost it.
Anyways....it will get fixed. Life goes on....And these people at
VENTURA HAND WASH at 13320 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks who also own Sherman Oaks Car wash will be buying me a new hood. New bumper. New Headlight. New Quarter Panel. New Fog...And I got to rip around town and beat the crap out of my rental.

watch them want to repair it themselves at a half-*** body shop. make certain you get it fixed yourself and they pay for fully new parts. this is why ive never taken my car to a car wash..
